Moding
Get clay ready ,put it into the mold,then the shape finished
Dry and pick up from the mold
Wait for hours to dry the mugs.Pick up from the mold.
handle application
The handles are dipped in a mixture of clay and water
Washing
Remove any excess of clay rough edges rinsed off any dust or debris and give the mug the perfect mooth finish.
Inner glaze
Using a machine to get the inner glaze.
Out glaze
Put the body into the glaze paste about 2-3 seconds
Dry
Before moving on the ovens.All the mugs ,plates,bowls...need to be set down for 24 hours
Kiln
The standard oven temp is 1280 degrees.
Decal
Apply the decal onto the out surface carefully and align precisely.
